Our embeddable SEO Report Card is a handy lead-gen tool that helps you drive more SEO-focused sales leads from your site. We understand that everyone has a different sales process, so we've partnered with Zapier to help put all of the useful lead information provided by the embeddable SEO Report Card in your hands. Create a Zap to send new leads into a Google Sheet. Create a Zap that posts a message to a particular Slack channel when a new lead comes in. The possibilities are endless!
It should be noted that Zapier integration is exclusive to Pro Plus and enterprise users.
Integrating the platform with your favorite third-party services has never been easier. We've kept ease of use in mind to make the configuration process as simple as possible:
Navigate to Sales Tool > Lead Gen Tools > Zapier Integrations.
Choose a Zap template and click "Use this Zap"
Follow the Zapier set up process to configure your Zap
Turn your Zap on
In four simple steps, you can kickstart your productivity and start using your sales leads more effectively.
Everything you need to integrate your UpCity sales leads with your favorite third-party services can be found in the Sales Tools area of the platform under "Lead Gen Tools".
Next, navigate to the Zapier Integrations section. Here you'll find a selection of our team's favorite integrations (or Zaps); you can utilize these templates to quickly and easily set up integrations with popular platforms.
Found a template you're interested in? Simply click the "Use this Zap" button and you'll be redirected to a Zapier page with more specific information about that particular integration. To continue, click "Create this Zap" at the bottom of the page.
At this point, you'll be requested to sign in or create a new Zapier account.
Once you've signed in, you'll need to authorize Zapier to communicate with UpCity and whichever other platform you'd like to connect. In this example, we're configuring UpCity to add new sales leads from the embeddable SEO report card to a Google Sheets spreadsheet. Z
You're almost there! Now that you've authorized Zapier to communicate between UpCity and your selected platform, you need to tell Zapier how to use all this new data. Zapier offers dynamic fields so that you can, for example, tell Google Sheets to always include the name from your new lead in the first column, their email in the second, and their URL in the third, and so on.
The final step is simply to flip the switch and turn your Zap on!
It's important to note that Zapier will not pull historical data. Only sales leads generated AFTER the integration has been turned on will be processed.
