The Link Analysis report keeps track of the amount of referring domains and referring backlinks to your site as well as your competitors' sites.

The first section gives you the basic numerical summary. You can change the date range using the selectors in the top right or set a custom date range by clicking the calendar icon. We have our date range set to 365 days (1 year).

The second section gives a graphical representation of the referring domains and referring backlinks for your website over time. The date range displayed on the graphs is determined by the date range you chose previously.

Knowing the number of backlinks to your site is important, but it's also good to monitor the anchor text of those links. The anchor text of your backlinks can tell you a good deal about who is linking to your site and how they are using your site as a link.

The final section of the Link Analysis Report gives you a bit more information about which domains are linking to your site in particular. The top 10 backlinks according to page strength will be displayed by default; however, if you'd like a much more comprehensive report, click the Export button for a detailed Excel report.
